Returns:
- You can return unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Please ensure all original tags and packaging are intact.
- To initiate a return, contact our customer support team at greaterthanclo@gmail.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to return.
Refunds:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
Exchanges:
- We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund.
